Connection Options Built for Operational Flexibility

Choosing the right connection style is critical for both safety and workflow efficiency. HD Ramps offers multiple connection options to accommodate different trailer configurations and loading environments:

  • Hook Ends: A fast, reliable option for flatbed trailers, attaching directly to rub rails or round bars up to 1.25" in diameter. Ideal for operations prioritizing quick deployment and frequent repositioning.
  • Flat Plate Ends: Designed for versatility across flat surfaces, featuring a bonded PVC rubber underside for grip and surface protection. Safety straps are required for secure use. Not compatible with beavertail or dovetail trailers.
  • Hybrid Hook/Plate Ends: Combines the adaptability of a flat plate with the added security of a hook-style connection. This option supports a wider range of trailer types while maintaining stability during loading.
  • Pin-On Ends: A permanent, high-security solution for dedicated setups. Requires installation of a weld-on skid seat bracket, allowing ramps to lock into place with a steel rod for maximum stability during repeated heavy use.
