Quick 15-minute set up with two people
There are no tools required to install this ramp system, and it takes two people as little as 15 minutes to measure and position the three ramp stands, then set the eight ramp sections in place and attach the two ratchet safety straps to the upper stand of the trailer.

Set up loading access for trucks, trailers or docks in minutes with this portable aluminum yard ramp system. Designed to be set up or broken down by two people in less than 15 minutes without any tools, it can be brought indoors and assembled quickly. Not only for forklift use, the larger width also accommodates cars. This modular system consists of eight ramps and three adjustable height support stands.
The ramps have pin-on ends which attach securely to the stands. One ramp includes a plate end connector to create a smooth transition from the ramp to truck or trailer, while another includes a knife foot for a smooth transition to the ground. The 4" high rail guards are integrated into the ramp for added safety and maximum structural support.
The ramp system can used in different length configurations from 8' to 30' L, and will accommodate docks, trailers or trucks from 15" - 60" H. To prevent high-centering, the ramp can be set up with a level-off at the top by locking the ramp stand height at 38" to 48" high. The entire system will fit in a pickup truck bed or a 4 x 8 trailer, and ships economically on one pallet via common carrier. Two 18' safety straps are included. US Patent #10710824.

Usage Guidelines
For truck or trailer applications, ensure the vehicle is stopped and wheels are chocked before attaching the ramp. When selecting a yard ramp, first identify the weight capacity you require by combining the weight of your heaviest loading machinery and heaviest load. Also identify the widest equipment that will be used on the ramp and add 15" to determine how wide of a ramp you require.
