Not happy with your purchase?
HD Ramps has a 30-day return policy!

General Information

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to HD Ramps within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain products are non-returnable, such as custom items. All returned items must be shipped in their original package and should be clean, unused and undamaged.

Please follow the instructions below to receive a Return Authorization Number and prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that the original shipping cost for all returning items is non-refundable. There is a 15% return processing fee for all returns. The processing fee for returned items that ship by freight will include a freight shipping cost deduction.

Return Instructions

1 Contact Customer Service during business hours within 30 days of receiving the product; we will talk to you about your return, issue you a Return Authorization Number and email you a prepaid return label.

By email: Use the Contact Us form to request a return authorization; please note that we may request photos before a return will be authorized.

2 Ship the item back to us using the prepaid return label; make sure it is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

3 Wait for your account to be credited within 5 business days after we receive your item and inspect it. You will be issued a refund for the purchase price minus the processing fee.


Warranty Claims

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, or are having problems with a purchased item, please contact us by calling (262)-793-8025 and our customer service staff will guide you through the process of returning it for a refund.
