These patented ramps can be converted to load bridges with a 23,500· lbs rating. All that is required are stakes to hold the ramps in the upright position and securely chained in place as well as lumber clips to position the donnage on the ramp. The stakes have an easy width adjustment to accommodate all 102" wide trailers.

Modular Ramps
Our system has a 23,500 lbs maximum axle capacity load rating. Each ramp weighs only 90 lbs. and is rated at 23,500 lbs maximum axle. The gallery shown below is a 40,000 pound machine, however each axle does not exceed 23,500 pounds. This modular system comes with 4 ramps, 2 adjustable jack stands and skid seats to attach the ramp to the trailer.
This patent pending system uses only 5 inch deep ramps to facilitate easy storage under the trailer.

Storage
When the ramps are not in use we have developed a unique system that mounts to the web of the trailer frame to tuck the ramps and stands under the deck.
Our ramps are only 5" thick so they will store under the trailer· with more ground clearance. This is especially important with the lower trailers with 17.5" tires.

Trailer Attachments
Trailer attachments, commonly known as skid seats are produced both in steel and aluminum, depending on the type of trailer. We strongly recommend welding these in place on the trailer. This provides a very clean mounting with no bolt heads to hinder loading of low clearance vehicles.
