Mercedes under coats it's cars with a special wax that seeps into all the small crevices providing protection from road salts and other contaminates. Workers require access to the under side of each car to apply this coating. Mercedes goal is to complete each car in 2 ½ minutes.

Lifting, then lowering the car from the floor to a comfortable work height, then to the floor took 40 seconds. The solution, use Heavy Duty Ramps, built to withstand a car every 2 ½ minutes, to drive onto their lift raised half the height required. This cut their lift time in half to 20 seconds.
